Track your package via After Ship. We use a number of different carriers, paste your tracking number into the link listed above for the correct carrier and contact number.
If your package was confirmed delivered by the carrier via a tracking number, we recommend you check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance.
If your order is not found after 7 days, contact Hello@Madhappy.com with your current mailing address, name, and order number so we can investigate further.
We offer shipping protection on every order in the event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. If you opt-in to this option, you’ll pay a fee at checkout (depending on your order total) that will ensure a replacement or store credit for your order. Please feel free to reach out to our support team with any further questions.
While we are not liable for lost packages, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to finding an resolution for you.

Our standard shipping is free for all domestic orders over $150. See shipping prices for orders under $150 below. $5 shipping for orders between $100 and $150. $8 shipping for orders under $100.
Our standard shipping is free for all international orders over $250. We use an international partner to help us reach as many countries as possible and charge a flat rate based on the cart size. $15 shipping for orders between $100 and $250. $20 shipping for orders under $100.

All items must be unworn with tags attached and in sellable condition.
Our returns team is located on the west coast, so please allow 7-14 business days for us to get your refund / exchange back to you. We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. All replacements are at the discretion of the Customer Care Team.
